Well, they are definitely working to lengthen my LP, so that's a plus. I am now 12 DPO, as opposed to a LP of 10. I have mixed feelings cause now I have to POAS on Sunday, and I can already feel it's going to be a BFN, just to finally see AF, which I am artificially putting on hold because of the progesterone. I just don't feel pregnant. On a proactive side, we finally made our initial consult appointment with RE scheduled for July 1st. DH's SA is normal, so I guess it's on to Cycle 18 for us. I never thought TTC #2 would be this hard since we just had #1 20 months ago. Hope you all have a great weekend!
Re: So, I'm on progesterone suppositories....
Until AF shows though, always hope. Glad to hear you have the RE appointment scheduled.
You have a great weekend too!
If you don't mind, could you tell me what it's like to use them? ?My doc gave me a sample and a prescription, but I won't start it until I get a BFP. ?I'm most concerned with hormonal swings from the progesterone, as well as possible itching, or having the stuff fall back out. ?(TMI?)
Thanks!

Hi Brosis-
It's not that bad at all, and no itch. I put one in at bedtime and wear a pad just in case I leak. I do get up to pee during the night which I worry is effecting it's ability to "work", but it seems to have kept my temps up anyway. I use them right after thermal shift to lengthen my LP, before BFP. So far, I haven't had any side effects that I feel. It's my first month trying it. If I get a BFN on Sunday I will stop. I don't know yet how AF will be afterwards. I also tried using the natural progesterone cream applied through the skin which is a much smaller dosage.
I want to clarify.. You have been TTC #2 for 18 cycles/months & your 1st child is 20 months, correct? so you have been ttc since your 1st was 2 months old? WOW, you were brave. I couldn't even think about baby #2 until my 1st was 1.
Sorry it is taking so long for you guys, hope you get your bfp soon
