Anyone's baby hitting a nerve in lower back

that makes is painful to walk or put pressure on your legs???? Mine has been painful but bearable... till today it literally kills me to walk, a pain goes up my lower back with each step leading into butt...

 I am only 31 weeks and my back feels like it so needs to crack and I can't get it too... this is only going to get worse.  I dont rememeber this with 1st dd....

Yep!!!!! Same damn thing here, feels like a pinched nerve or like my lower back needs to crack. I am carrying twins and figured it was just the added weight but you are probably right it's their position. I have had it for 4 days and nothing works. Tylenol PM to sleep better, and Icy Hot to distract me from the pain. Between this crap, the heart burn and syatica...I wonder if I will survive until 38 or so weeks! I hope it passes soon. I didn't have this last pregnancy either but it is a killler. Hope you feel better soon!!!! Hugs!

Go to your Chiropractor. I had this problem with my first DS... this pregnancy... I have been seeing a Chiropractor since I was 4 months pregnant.  It's the best decision I ever made... seriously.

I agree with kima.  I had sciatic nerve pain sooooo bad with DS and waited until 7ish months to go to a chiro.  This time, I started going as soon as I got a BFP (well, maybe not that soon) and it has helped tremendously!  GL and feel better soon!
