I avoid caffeine but I know you are allowed to have so much per day. I REALLY want a sweet tea from McDonald's but their site doesn't tell how much caffeine is in a serving..... think it's safe?
Also- I need a nap so bad after a long day but then when I wake up I feel so blah! I can't decide if the nap is worth it or not!
Re: Caffeine in McDonald's Tea?
If it is realy tea then yes, there is caffeine in it. Here is a link to a page that might help you guestimate:

You're probably looking at 25-50 mgs of caffeine or so.

So random you just posted this because I was craving an iced coffee but wanted to check out the caffeine content before driving over to McDonald's to get one. It's not on their website so I called the 800 number (seriously, like 20 mintues ago) and they told me they do not have any caffeine information but hope to have it soon. Bummer. I kind of figured that a small one would have less than or equal to the amount of caffeine in a starbucks iced coffee, and that would be way less than the 200mg/day I'm allowed, but instead of wondering I'll just grab sbux instead I think.
My guess would be that the tea has not very much caffeine, especially compared to coffee, so if it were me, I'd drink it, but if you aren't sure and it would stress you out, then you should prob skip it.
Not sure what to tell you about the nap thing...
I totally don't know about tea- I have been really craving a coke slurpee though, and I don't know about the caffeine!?
As for naps- YES! take them! I have been, and it has been just what I needed. I know it's tough to get up afterwards, but your little miracle needs your rest, so listen to your body as much as you can! ?
