Guess where I am going?
HOME!! In about 3-4 hours!! I'm so excited. We have to wait 48 hours after her birth to do another screening for her but when that's over we are heading home.
I feel AMAZING! Honestly I felt better one HOUR after having Ella than I did 1 whole WEEK after having Sophia! It's so nice to feel normal so soon and be able to move around and do stuff.
I was always a huge skeptic of "how do you love your 2nd child as much as your first" but wow, it IS true. I love her soooo much. She is AMAZING and so far an awesome baby. She eats every 3-4 hours and then sleeps the rest of the time. I haven't heard her make any sounds unless she is getting a diaper changed. She is sooooooooo good... let's hope that keeps up. Phia was great too, so maybe I'll be double lucky - lol.
She is amazing though, I never thought I would love her so much. I just want to cuddle with her all of the time. I'm soooo excited to go home though and be in normal settings and be able to play with Sophia and hang out with her, I miss her so much!! She has been here though 1-2 times a day which has helped out, but it's not the same as being at home.

Ella is absolutely beautiful ... I am so glad everything went well with her birth & that she's healthy & happy! I agree with your post yesterday ... her lips are so cute! In your pics, she looks so content & just plain happy w/ the world. Congratulations!
That's awesome!!! I didn't get to post yesterday, but took a quick glance at your birth story and pictures. I'm SO glad that you were able to do the VBAC and that everything went to smoothly.
