  • The Ramona series would be on my list. ?Also.. Charlottle's Web and The Trumpet of the Swan.

  • The Little Prince by Antoine de St. Exupery!  Its my all time favorite book.  In fact, its my nursery theme (and it was the theme for my wedding favors and programs).  Best book ever!
  • Ditto Ramona and The Little Prince.

    There are also several more If You Give a ___ a ____ books that we really love. ?

    Also, anything by Sandra Boynton is great -- we love The Going to Bed Book, and there are a few other really cute ones. ?

    Eric Carle has several more, such as The Very Busy Spider and Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear??

    Ava's absolute favorite books right now are these awesome touch & feel books by Matthew Van Fleet. ?There is Dogs (her favorite), Cats, Tails, etc.?

    Also, I know these aren't really "classics" but my DS LOVES those small, board books that are titled, "words" "colors" etc. They have big, bright pics adn some have textured pictures.

    He also LOVES any touch and feel books!
