Similac Multiples Program

 I don't normally post over here, usually on SAIF. However, I'm wondering if anyone here knows if Similac still has their multiples program. I found online something about a Multiple Birth Referall Form but I asked by OB and the girls' doctor and neither had heard of such a thing.

I got formula from both Similac and Enfamil from their multiples programs.  The Similac box just came this week (12 bottles of ready to feed Neosure).  My pedi's office gave me the form, which had to be signed be a doctor, and then I mailed it in.  Maybe you can get a form from Similac and take it into the pedi?

I think it still exists, my SIL who is a pediatrician, has mentioned she's going to get us the form from the Similac rep.

I filled out the form at my OB's office.  I would defintely ask them about it again.

Yes, it still exists. What you get and how much you get seems to be up for debate. Good luck!

Thanks everyone! I'll keep trying. I contacted Abbot and they told me no such program existed so a no go on getting the form from them. However, I've heard that they probably wouldn't even know about the program.

Our pedi told us about it. He gave us a form he had to sign at their one month appt and within a few weeks we received 12 bottles of the ready pour formula. Sadly that shipment only last about a week in our house, but hey I will take free formula any day!
