Will has not stopped talking since he woke up this morning. 

I love this child more than life itself, but at this point I'm not above offering him money to be quiet for 5 minutes.

I can't tell you how many times a week I turn up the music and say 'shhh, let's listen to this good song!' just to get DD to stop talking for 2 minutes!!

haaaaaaaaa. I offered Miles an icee if he went in his room and was quiet for 5 minutes while I finished some invoices!!!

He stayed in there for 3 and said:" I TIRED NIGHT NIGHT!"

my dh's grandma tells this story about dh's mom.  one day mil would not stop jabbering and gma tells her, "L, you could drive a wooden man to drink."  mil replies after a little thought, "but mom, you're not a wooden man." lol

Offering money and treats doesn't work.  If I try to get a minute of quiet dd will literally hold the sides of my face and talk directly at me. 

I swear some Monday mornings I can't wait to get to work.  The kid is non stop talking all weekend.

It's not just that it's constant talking, it's the same flippin' sentence over & over again: "mummy, see airplane? see airplane mummy? mummy, see it? see airplane?" YES HONEY I SEE IT!
