2 hours at Picture People and no pictures

I had to wait forever when I got there.  It took all of 15 min. to get pictures taken by this guy that sucked and after waiting and waiting, I realized that I hadn't even seen the pictures yet and had no idea how much longer it was going to be to view the pictures and print them so I finally just left.  DD was screaming, hungry and tired.  I can't blame her after 2 hours of standing around.I started going there because it was always convenient.  Not so much today.  Now, I still need to get pictures and will have to go elsewhere becuase there's no way I'm going back there. 

Sucks.  I could have done so much more with my day today.

I'm sorry, that does suck.  I have been having a hard time there lately also.

I almost threw my pictures back at them the last time I was there. I didn't get the one 8x10 that I requested--they gave me a different one. They said that is what I told them--she checked the list. She then told me that I could BUY that one if I wanted it. I'll leave the story go there . . .

I see you're in Northern VA. ?We always go to Portrait Innovations in Fair Lakes, and we've always had good luck there. ?Taking pictures of kids is never easy, but they've always gotten us in on time (or with a minimal wait), and we always get some good shots. ?The prices are better than Picture People, too. ?Sorry you wasted your time today.?
