Yes you are at a rehab therapy facility today.  Yes I faxed what you asked me to, 15minutes ago.  No, I do not know why the lady at the front desk there hasn't given it to you yet.  Perhaps of you walk the FIFTEEN FEET to the desk you would perhaps find out.  Calling me here at the office - useless.
