I'm reading my Summer 2009 issue of Shape magazine and there is an article called " a new way to test your fertility" It's called First Response Fertility Test ($25 for 2). Its the first at home screen to measure your follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) which stimulates the production of eggs. You place the stick in your urine stream and, in 30 minutes, you'll know whether you have a normal or high level.
Has anyone seen or used these?
Re: A way to test fertility at home?
I saw these at Target when I was there buying OPKs. If I'm not pg this cycle I'll probably buy them so I have something to pee on when CD3 rolls around.
It only tests FSH, there could be a wide range of other issues so the test should be taken with a grain of salt.
