IUD question - possible TMI

I have had the Mirena IUD since September of last year. Ever since then my period has been super regular and I still have 5-6 days of bleeding. This month I've been waiting for AF to come, but so far nothing. I think it should have started a few days ago. Yesterday and the day before the cramping has been pretty bad and I was all bloated and stuff, so I thought for sure AF would be here. But still nothing.

?For those of you that have an IUD and don't get a period, did you get one initially and did it then just stop? Or did you never have one in the first place after you got it. Not sure what to think.?

    Yep.  I got my mirena in Oct and had regular periods for a while.  Now I haven't had one since March!  I keep POAS and always BFN.  I guess it keeps the lining of your uterus from building up, so you might have cramps but no bleeding.
