I have read as many articles online that said yes as there were that say no. I know raw or undercooked shellfish is a big no, but what about well-cooked like in crab cakes or crab legs?

Re: Crab meat while preg - Yes or No
According to the American Pregnancy Association, it is safe to have 6 (6-oz) servings of Dungeness crab per month, and King crab is safe to have twice a week.

If it's cooked, I don't see why not. ?I haven't ever read anything about crab being high in mercury. ?I've had crab while I've been pregnant.
Now I'm hungry for Maryland crabcakes. ?Thanks. ?;)?
Awesome. Thanks for the feedback.
I am totally having king crab legs this weekend--mmmmmmmmmm.

I'm in a lot of trouble if it's not ok. A lot of trouble.
Actually, I've probably only had it 5-6 times but still, I've been uber vigilent about not eating stuff that is on even the questionnable list and have never seen it as a no- no.
