My cankles have reared their ugliness so by the end of the day I can't even bear to stand on my feet because they're so sore and swollen. Mia wanted to play soccer when we got home and I just had to decline.

Fast forward to a few hours later when it was time for bed. I told her to start heading upstairs and she throws herself on the couch and says "I can't mom, my ankles are too sore!"
