A friend of ours has a boat and have invited us to go with them this weekend. I don't know if I should go because I'm paranoid that AF may show. I really don't know what to expect because my cycles have been weird. I just don't want to be caught out on the boat with full blown AF cause what the heck do I do w/the pads? It's not like I can throw them in the ocean. DH suggested I put them in a zip lock bag. Gross!

DH really wants to go but I have no idea what I want to do.

I think you should go for it. DH is right, don't let it ruin anything. Bring a pack of personal cleansing clothes, some pads and an extra ziplock and bag. No biggie!

A weekend is nothing some tampons, pads, ziplock and personal cloths can't handle. Go and have fun!!

I understand why you are hesitating.  Let him go, you can sit and home and relax in your PJ's.  Sometimes men just don't understand AF.  Cramps, bleeding, bloating = not a fun time for you.

Ditto.  Yes, it seems gross but you have to do what you have to do.  Besides, you would be the only one that knows about the ziplock.
