where did my milk go?????

My son will be 6 months old next week. Up until this week I was producing 3-4 6oz bags of milk each day. This week I am only getting 2 bags per day. What happened? Where did all my milk go? Is there something I can do to make it come back?

Could AF be on the way? I'm about to get my second one pp and my milk supply has gone down dramatically each time.

That happened to me when AF arrived. But I went down to about 6oz per day tops!

I am not really sure. I am on Mirena, and I haven't any sort of AF since then.

AF (have had three cycles already) and ovulation KILL my supply.  It took a permanent dip when AF returned but takes a nose dive when those two things are happening.

I just got done pumping at 10 months PP.  About the only thing you can do is try pumping more often and make sure you empty every time.  GL
