What are the chances that the Lab will be closed for "yearly maintenance" in mid July when I would be having my second IVF? ?ARG!
I went in on Monday CD3 and had the bloodwork and ultrasound done. They gave me a prescription for BCP. (which I did not do last time) ?They told me my IVF nurse would be calling me. She calls later that day and tells me how the lab will be closed and that instead of one month of BCP I may do two (or one month and then a few weeks)! ?So now my actual IVF procedures (ER and ET) will be in late July or early August! ?She is supposed to get some kind of a schedule out to me.?
Aggravating, yet nothing I can do about it. ?On the flip side, I see it as more time to play in the garden, get house projects done and more time for summer fun!
Thanks for listening to me vent!?

Re: What are the chances?
I agree...great attitude. But I'd be frustrated too!
About the same as when I went to get some bloodwork done and they were closed because of a pipe breaking.
Geez...sorry to hear that.
