Eczema?

For those of you whose LOs have eczema, how do you treat it? Do you use a topical treatment, and if so, what kind?

My daughter has had this very light, bumpy rash on and off for the past month or so, and the pedi thinks it's eczema. It's on her cheeks, legs and arms (only the exposed parts of her body), and isn't necessarily very noticeable, but you can definitely feel it to the touch. Is this similar to what you've experienced?? We've been using Aquaphor for the past few days, twice a day, but I haven't seen much of an improvement.

that sounds like what dd has, but it's really only on her face and chin.  We use aquaphor only when it's really bad.  I feel like the regular eucerin goes on better.
