i talked to henry's doc at his 9 month check-up today, and she's not worried about his lack of babbling, but she'll check him out again at 10.5 months, just to be on the safe side.

other than that, she said he looks great! he's 17 lbs 12 oz (i think she said 6th %), and 29 inches (75th %, i think). so yeah, he's a string bean for sure! he's following the growth curve he settled into between 4-6 months, but she wanted me to be sure he was eating well. HA. i swear, this kid is going to eat us out of house and home when he's a teenager... he eats so much, i just don't know where he puts it.

Glad to hear she is not concerned, but is going to be pro-active.

Funny enough, he is almost the exact the same size Kylie was at her 9 month appointment (she was .25 inches shorter, but the same weight) and she is a total string bean still!
