Here I am! Fresh off the first day work.

Overall, minus a small lunch time meltdown due to my shoes absolutely destroying my feet,  I give it a thumbs up.

My wonderful, amazing hubs even got up early and cooked me eggs, bacon and toast, brought me replacement shoes on my lunch hour, AND greeted me at the door with a glass of wine when I got home. HUSBAND OF THE YEAR.

So what's up ladies?

I'm trying to wrap up a few things at work so I can get home.. I need to get some baby making in before the inlaws show up at 6:30. Apparently we decided to have them over for dinner tonight, and I don't remember making these plans. UGH.

NICE DH! I am glad you had a great 1st day. Looks like our deal is still on. Good job keeping your word. Although I may need to adjust the day. I though Wed. was 14 dpo for me but it's just 13 dpo. Hmmm... Could you wait till Thurs or shall I keep MY word for Wed?

I have a suggestion for the work shoe blues.  Blister Block saves my life.  It looks like a small deoderant stick, but it is basically what runners use to prevent chaffing. You rub it on your feet where you usually get blisters, and viola! No friction hence, no blisters.

hehe.. I think I actually was there when they made these plans, but there was a lot of wine involved. doh! I think we'll have to save the baby making until after they leave.. so there will be a lot of fake yawning tonight!

I LOVE blister block! it is a freaking miaicle worker. 

So here is what is up with me.

1. school gets out tomorrow

2. i am drinking DH's nasty beer b/c  i am too lazy to go to the liqour store and buy wine.

3. my hydrangea bushes that i planted over the weekend, are officially in an area that get too much sun and need to be moved.

4. i need to go to the gym but would rather sit on my arse and drink.

Hahaha I've been reading your blog. I am glad you have internet access there. 

Me too Lyse, me too.  Dh has been fishing all day and I've stayed in the hotel room. It's about 95 degrees with a scorching sun out there. I don't even want to leave for food!  But DH has a few Blue Moons in the cooler here that are calling my name   I might have to have a sip.
