    Hi IG!

    Yeah, it didn't go so good (see siggy).  :) I went for one day then had a couple yesterday and I've had one today, which is significantly less than the pack/day I was smoking before Saturday. :) I was going to completely quit today, but I forgot my lozenges and I need my lozenges otherwise I become superb*tch.

    But I get almost an entire month husband-free. :) He's going to be gone for most of September, so I'm going to be spending a lot of time enjoying the freedom of doing whatever I want, whenever I want because it may very well be the last time I get to do that for a very long time.  :)

    How was your weekend?

    I was wondering once I saw your siggy...that's why I asked.  I've SO been there.  Ugh.  I even had a relapse before I started trying to get pregnant.  Not fun....I feel your pain, sister.  I had this tape with these *stupid* smoke free affirmations... think Stuart Smally...but good gawd I listened to those, over and over and over.

    My weekend was swell. My parents and brother were in town, which was wonderful.  DH's family is amazing, but sometimes it's just not the same - at least not yet - and I miss my family immensely.  I cried like a baby when they left.

    Oh that's great! It's nice when you can see your own family and friends.  Personally, I always want to call and thank my parents for being sane when I have to hang out with the ILs.  :)~

    OOohhh - I remember the stories about your MIL.....and Thanksgiving and locking mail boxes.

    FWIW, I have two MILs (a "bio" and a "step") and the bio one drives me a little batty sometimes.

    Yeah.  It wasn't fun back then. 

    How are the MILs with Maddy? DH and I still aren't sure how much access we're giving his parents to our kids.
