GP Weight-Loss Daily Check In
Hello ladies, and welcome to the GP Weight Loss Check In! This group is for any GPers looking to lose a few?or more than a few!?pounds while TTC or before TTC. This daily check-in is a medium for us to share triumphs, setbacks, support, and advice with our fellow woman.
I will post a check-in in the mornings, then a link to it later in the day. I?m an early riser, so look for me usually before 8:00am Mountain time.
If you?re interested in joining our little support group, please post with your sn and whatever information you?d like to provide (real name, age, etc). It would be nice to know where you are starting and what your goal is.

Holy busy weekend! Two 9-hour days installing a new sprinkler system kicked my arse. I'm sore today and exhausted, but I feel good knowing that I did a LOT of physical activity this weekend! One step in the right direction!
I also have a little update today: I weighed myself Saturday morning and am down one more lb! 1-2lbs a week is what I was expecting, and so far I'm pretty happy with it. I'm also starting a new nutrition plan this week, which includes protein shakes for breakfast and very limited carbs, 1-2 servings a day. We shall see how that helps!

Morning!! I was really good this weekend with eating! And I'm trying my best to cut soda out of my diet all together, even the diet kind! I only had like 3 the whole weekend!!
I just always want to vent about my chart - I'm pissed that it doesn't look like I'm going to be O-ing this cycle. And I'm angry.

Cutting out soda is SO hard. I hate it. I've done it twice, and had the worst caffiene withdrawl headaches. But once it's over you hardly notice it. Good luck with that. ETA (last one I swear): I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it's just a long cycle and not annovulatory. I'm no chart stalking pro, but it looks like it could still happen. GL, and I'm sorry it's so frustrating!

making the weekly menu now so that we dont go out. That seems to be my huge diet pitfall is just going out to eat whenever i dont have something planned.

May weekend eating was okay, except for the fish and chips at the pier in Seattle. I don't know if I have gained or lost weight yet, but will check this afternoon and post it.
