TTC ?

We would like to TTC in July after Alex's birthday. Please let me know what you think I should do as far as preparing. Should we see our OBGYN ahead of time or the MFM doc or both? With DS we didnt plan and I found out in the ER. I then was seen by an OB until i was 29 weeks and on my 4th PICC and miserable I switched to new OB  and MFM docs. I have not seen them since my c-section follow up so just don't know....sorry if i am rambiling ...very sleepy
