i fell down, again. (pain in the ass ment'd)

I had just finished mopping the yoga studio and was carrying the water bucket back to the closet and slipped. I successfully averted spilling the water everywhere, but fell hard on my left sit bone. I thought I was going to faint it hurt so bad.
I made it home (have to take two trains) and sitting on the ice pack they delivered with my last trigger shot.
