I always take a shower the minute I get home from work. It helps relax me (and just feel clean, I sweat like a sumo wrestler these days!)

And I sleep better when I'm fresh out of the shower.

During 1st tri and until about 22 weeks, I had to drag myself to take a shower. Now, I'm averaging 2 showers a day. I just cannot stand to feel dirty or sweaty now.
