Random Friday Night POLL:

What's the ONE project you have on your plate that you just can't seem to get accomplished?  What's your hold back?

Re: Random Friday Night POLL:

  • Finishing a video to send to the hubby.  I lack motivation and soon I'll need to finish two videos since the month of May is nearly over and I havent even finished April's yet!
  • Loading the player...
  • I need to get our budget on track before this baby gets here! It stresses me out to even think about it though, so I've been putting it off, living paycheck to paycheck and paying the bills as they come. Not a good way to do things I know.

  • I have to pick one?!  hmmm...  *sighs and sips wine* This really should have been asked a few months ago before my mom came up and rescued me from the curtain alteration project that had been on my plate for at least 6 months...

It'd have to be my soaker I'm knitting.  I'm definitely a novice knitter, and I dropped a stich and I'm not sure how to pick it back up, despite my knittinghelp website.  It's really just a lack of free time at home, to be honest.  I could be working on it now... but... *sips wine*

  • Interlock.  'Nuff said.
  • My friend's wedding present.  I'm busy with my Etsy and the stuff for DD's birthday party, but as soon as this next month goes by I plan to start it again.  I just have to piece it together and finish it!

  • Making my bedroom more than a ripped apart (literally) mess.

I have such plans, and I LOVE everything I have picked out.  It's sketched up, I have the wall paint and the plaster, but still haven't bought the wallpaper (just the sample), the panel trim, the crown moulding, ect.

It's money I guess.  Because I know that even if I do the walls and ceiling and finish removing the carpet glue off the floor, it won't be done.

It's the bed.  We have a frame & mattress set.  I want a real bed.  The kind that feels like home.  I want a head board & footboard.  I want 4 posters.  We even picked one out.  But it's $500+ dollars.

    :::sigh:::

Neither one of us can justify dropping that kind of money on something superficial, when we need to replace windows and buy a new furnace & dryer.

So I resent not having a "real" bed, and procrastinate doing anything in there.

  • Getting my Washington teacher certification so my certificate from Arizona doesn't lapse soon. Guess I'm just lazy, oh and I'm not teaching right now so that doesn't help with the motivation.
  • DH xmas stocking, I have been working on that since we got engaged. Someday it will be finished.
  • Making another bra.  It's really pathetic that they are physically this big.  There should be a divine law that breasts aren't allowed to go past a certain cup size.  ::sigh::

But, I will not give up bfing just because my breasts are huge and I can't shop in a physical store.  That would be lame on my part.
