How the hell did you only gain 5lbs during your pregnancy? How much did your LO weigh? Weren't the doctors concerned?

I lost a lot of weight in the beginning due to hyperemesis. Not fun. So really I lost 20ish lbs and gained it back plus 5 lbs.
