I actually like it best spelt Caitlin, but the way you have it is pretty too and doesn't look too much like a 'creative' spelling.

About me 2007: Started TTC. 2008: OB prescribed clomid, went to RE and was Dx with PCOS. 2009: IUI #1 w/follitsim and trigger = BFP. B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home. Anxious to start TTC #3 within the next year!
This. I actually LOVE Caitlin, but DH doesn't want to use anything with any sort of Lynn in it because that's his aunt's name and, well, it's a weird story, so he vetoed it. I do have a friend who has a baby named Kaitlyn though.

These are not considered "creative" spellings. Caitlin is one of those names that has several acceptable spellings which is difficult. If it was Keytelynne or something than I can see the point.
I have seen Kaitlyn spelled out on name cups and other personalized items so to me that means it's mainstream
It's a very old Irish Gaelic name that's supposed to be spelled Caitlin so of your choices, Kaitlin seems like the only other reasonable spelling to me (that's my sister's name). All the others look stupid and made up to me. Sorry.
Re: Spelling of Kaitlyn?
Me too?
Kaitlyn is pretty good.
This.

None of the above.
I've only ever known people that spell it Caitlin. Anything else just looks ridiculous and alternative-spelling-ish to me.
