Thank you, girls!!!! I will be honest - I needed some excitement about this.
So, I guess I was fishing for some real YAYs. With everything that happened to my family and sister lately I was soooo shocked when I learned the news. We had not actively started trying. I had just gotten off the pill two cycles before. It was a total surprise. I was not planning to start trying until the summer and then with everything that happened with my sister I was considering waiting even longer. Then two weeks later - BAM! Abel and I had not even been having sex that much due to everything and then me and then him being sick. Its as if this pregnancy was meant to happen when it did.
So, I am still shocky about it. I am just starting to get excited. My family knows. Alisha is okay with it and happy for me but does not bring it up - which I am okay with and understand.
I already told my new boss and she is totally okay with it. I wanted to get it off my chest even though I am not even 6 weeks along. She is super cool and I felt comfortable outting myself that way.
Life just takes over sometimes.
