I chimed in on 3rd tri, but I'll post here, too, in case I was too late.
I also like the sound but think the spelling has too many letters. How about Milana? Anna and Ana are pronounced differently, and I think you're going for the 'ana' sound. It's also spelled like the city Milan, which will probably give people a big clue how to say it.

I have to agree on the spelling issues. Milannah is never going to be pronounced correctly, and both have too many letters. I would go with Milana or Madison. Or if you're going for the Muh-lay-na pronunciation, spell it Malena.

This exactly. I think the name Milana is very cute, different, but not too crazy, and your spelling of Madison is no good. The poor kid will have to go through life correcting everyone she meets. I do not like crazy spellings though, I am more traditional in that sense.

ditto this
Ditto. I'd like Milana better.
Sorry, but Maddisyn is a ridiculous spelling. So Is Milannah, though I'm not sure how you would spell it.
If you go with Maddisyn, just spell it Madison.
Sorry, but I gotta go with this. ?
