I must have missed when Carson became unisex.  That name screams boy to me.  I would definitely go with Finley Grace.

Although Finley is a boys name it doesn't have to be used for JUST BOYS, Not to mention how feminine the name is. My little girls name is Finley and it fits her so well. But I'am dissapointed on how popular it has gotten for a girls name.
