Idea for padding fireplace hearth...wanted to share

We have a concrete fireplace hearth in our new house and my MIL came up with the brilliant idea to pad it using one of the boys' crib bumpers. I thought someone else might be able to use this too...it worked out perfectly. You can see pics and an explanation of how she made it here:
