Wdyt of the name Atticus?

To Kill a Mockingbird is one of my all time favorite books and of course, I love the character Atticus Finch.  What do you think?

A high school friend named her son this last month. I'm not crazy about it, her son is Atticus Ezekiel which I think is too much.

I like the idea of it, but it would be a big name to live with. If the kid was really cool and confident then it might work out well.  If not....  If you love it though, go for it!

It is our neighbours dogs name so that is the first thing I think of sorry.

me too..but with Scout. There are actually quite a few names I love but wouldnt use. Maybe i'll start a new post about this, I'm sure everyone has a few.

I teach an Atticus named after the character too!! ?At first I thought it was a little out there....but it grew on me! ?He is a really cool kid too....so that def does help!
