YAY!

I finally have my first appointment with a Dr. for this Friday at 10:20am. The only reason I got in them was because there was a cancellation and I got the Dr I most wanted...yay. I 'm so nervous yet excited to actually get everything medically confirmed. Even though I had the BFP and tons of signs...booby changes, the toilet dance,food aversions... I still will be much more relaxed once everything is really confirmed.  Especially since yesterday,with all the sales, we did a bunch of baby shopping...just for some receiving blankets and onesies and stuff like that. We also got a great deal at Old Navy for several little separates on clearance and really cute stuff at Carters and Osh Kosh. Dh actually all but broke down in Old navy. I guess it was really hitting him that we were finally having a little one. He said he was just a little overwhelmed. He was so cute about it.

awww very cute.  We started shopping early. It is addictive. I was SOO nervous my first appointment - definitely felt a lot better after seeing (couldn't get it on the doppler) the heartbeat.

YAY !!  Hearing the heartbeat for the first time is the most amazing thing

I have my first appt on Friday also, 9am... not looking forward to the bloodwork part lol

Good luck with your appt.! I always look forward to each one... 4 weeks always seems so long in between. Even having symptoms (and a growing belly!), it's always nice to have that reassurance - especially hearing the heart beat!!!
