NBR - give me a pasta recipe with fresh mozzarella

I've never cooked with it before. I was thinking penne pasta and maybe tomatoes and basil.

Update: Found this one which looks good and easy.

    Hot penne pasta, tossed with olive oil and garlic. Diced tomato, or halved cherry or grape tomatoes, chiffonaded basil and the mozzarella, tossed in at the end. Pefect.

    Also, a sorrentino sauce is delicious. Take your favorite marinara sauce, heat it, and add the mozzarella, stirring so it melts and becomes part of the sauce. Sooooo good.

    I've had itt cubed in a cold pasta salad.

    I really like it on a pizza, or my favorite fresh mozzarella recipe is this:

    SLice a french baguette, top with olive tapenade fresh mozz, a slice of?tomato?and some basil. Broil in the oven for 5ish minutes. DELICIOUS!!?
