NE1s dc drop a nap at different times?

I'm pretty sure Luke is getting ready to drop his morning nap but Max is no where near it.  Did anyone have one kid drop a nap and the other not?  I guess I'm looking at naps all day long!

Charlotte was ready to drop a nap before Evelyn (although she was starting to show signs of readiness).  I sort of force the issue on Evelyn because I couldn't deal with that kind of schedule - I never would have been able to leave the house b/c someone would have always been napping.  It took about a month for Evelyn to fully transition to one nap and we needed to make their bedtime earlier, but it worked.  I love having the girls on one nap!
