Sorelle cribs?

Anyone know how Sorelle cribs rate (safety, durability) in Baby Bargains and/or Consumer Reports? My BB book is packed away somewhere and I can't find it!

Also, if you bought a Sorelle crib, are you happy with it? (I'm looking at the Gia model).

    Opinions on quality are all over the place.  Some love it, other hate it due to defects, poor customer service, poor assembly, missing parts, etc.  Lack of customer service seems to be the main reason for the poor rating.

    Thanks kaekee! I saw it in person and it looked really nice and sturdy, but the price definitely seemed too good to be true.

    No prob!  There's always a catch, huh??  Crib hunting is definitely complicated.

    Like pp said, Baby Bargains gives them a C+, I believe because of a huge past recall.

    When we were picking out our crib, (we went with Bonavita) the very knowledgable sales lady told us that in her experience, the Sorelle paint and wood chips and scratches really quickly.
