Can teething cause...

103 degree fever? Ds1 woke up this morning with a very high fever but seems to be feeling ok except his runny nose. You would think by now I should know the answer to this questiion.

Teething can cause a low grade fever, but nothing that high. He's probably picked up a bug.

I thought so, he just seems to be feeling ok. Now my new question, is fever that high worth calling the doc?
