I saw your post below about using Window's Movie Maker.  I was working on that last night for Natalie's slide show.  To add a slide at the beginning with a title, there should be an effect or something listed on the side (Vista version) that allows you to add a title page.  It will ask you were you wanted it placed (beginning, etc.).

Completely unrelated... did the DVDs work in your machine? And does she like them?

Hi there! Thanks! I found that this morning. How is your slideshow coming along? I had one made in Picasa and am now starting over with windows. I am only done adding pictures through two months old though. Have you tried copying the slideshow to a dvd? That is my next thought! Maybe as a thank you card/gift for the grandparents.

I haven't tried yet getting it on a DVD.  I've got all the photos uploaded but I need to fix the order of some of them.  I'm almost done with the transitions and then I need to figure how to add music (and what to add).  I definitely have to get it on a DVD since we're actually flying to WI this Friday for DD's birthday party.

hmm...not sure.  I rotated all mine before importing.
