I just dropped and flushed my cell phone down the toilet. I had it in my pocket on my shirt flushed the toilet and reached down to pull my pants up when I heard a big thump. I thought what was that??? Yeap.. soon realized it was my cell phone!!!! I just bought the darn thing like 5 months ago... it was like flushing $200 down the toilet!!!

When my ex boyfriend flushed his pager (this was about 12 years ago) down the toilet, about a year later we had to get our toilets snaked and the pager came out. It was um, unimaginably nasty.

Nope, no insurance. LOL... but I have no idea what an iPhone is even all about. I mean yes I have heard of them but not really sure what's so great and different about them. We don't have internet access with our current verizon plan just cell mins and texting, not sure if that matters???

That sucks.  My DH is the king of destroying cell phones.  We totally have the insurance on his.  My fave was when he picked up his big gulp from the drink holder by the drivers seat & it started vibrating.  He pours it out- there was his cell.  I had watched him fill the cup, drink some then fill it some more without putting a lid on it- thinking that was not a good idea.  Then I got distracted by DD & didn't think much of it.  Turns out, without the lid on sitting there in the car he had tossed his cell into the drink holder, not even thinking of the open drink. I almost peed my pants laughing once we figured out why his drink was vibrating.  He was less amused )
