is all part of Braxton Hicks!  After 12 hours of continuous cramps I called the doc's office and this is what they told me.  As long as I do not start bleeding or having regular contraction, it is just my body preparing for the real thing.  So good to know!

I was having those yesterday pretty badly.  I happened to have a drs apt so I mentioned it.  She had me go on the monitor and it turned out I was having regular contractions 2 minuted apart.  I had to go to the hospital and have 2 bags of IV fluid and it took 2 shots of terbutaline to stop them!  It was the same as you were describing....more consistant than seperated contractions although at times I could feel it get a little worse...

When I had period cramps, I was in real labor. My Braxton Hicks contractions felt nothing like period cramps. Maybe call your doc?

I called the doctor yesterday and that is what they told me. I am still having some mild cramping this morning, but nothing like yesterday.
