DS at my ob appointments

The last few appointments, DS has been coming with us to the ob (sometimes he stays with my mom).  I've noticed lately that whenever I lay back on the table for the doppler, he gets very concerned--clingy, reaching for me, sometimes whimpering/whining.  This morning he even wanted to hold my hand!  It's so sweet, I love that he wants to make sure I'm ok!  He seems fine once I tell him "Mama's ok!  I'm fine - let's listen to your brother!"

What a sweet little boy.  Any other pregnant mamas notice this with their kids?

Yes, but DD goes into major freakout mode as soon as I get on the table and someone touches me. It's sweet that she's concerned, but it's getting pretty tough to bring her with to appointments because of this. I'm hoping it's just a phase and she'll learn to trust that they're not going to hurt me. Until then, though, I come armed with an arsenal of Goldfish crackers and other assorted snacks to (try to) keep her occupied
