I use 1 box rotini and 1 bottle kraft tuscan house dressing. I add diced bell peppers and the kraft cheese crumbles. Sometimes we add pepperoni as well. It's really good and super easy!
BEST EVER! I add extra noodles so there are more noodles than veggies and add extra sauce. It is soooo yummy and vegetarian. I am assuming by your name this matters!!
My mom always made one that was kind of "ranch-y" and really yummy. It's pretty fluid with the ingredients, for amounts and if you want to change something. Mix everything together, and add ranch dressing until creamy.
Elbow macaroni
Ham (she always used the "bone in" ham from the deli, but any kind of thicker cut ham will work)
Peas
Canned mushrooms
Tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Ranch dressing
If you like ranch dressing, it's a super tasty salad, but not the healthiest obviously. You can add any kind of veggies you like.
Re: I need a good pasta salad recipe
1 box of pasta (I like the curly kind...don't know the name).
1 diced green pepper
1 diced red pepper
1 can black olives, sliced
1 handful green olives, sliced
1 handful grape tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 cup parmasan cheese (shredded not grated)
1/2 bottle Kraft Fat Free Zesty Italian dressing
Mix all ingredients together. Makes a great low fat vegetarian pasta salad. I make it all the time for get-togethers and it gets eaten up every time.

I don't really have a "recipe" per se, but I just made a delicious pasta salad over the weekend. It contained:
tri-color rotini
a small jar of pesto
a couple splashes of zesty italian dressing
halved cherry tomatoes
cubes of provolone cheese
quartered pieces of dried salami
some toasted pine nuts
a drizzle of some really good EVOO a friend brought us from Italy
YUM! I wish I had more, but it's all gone...
