NTR: Grilled Mahi Mahi?

Does anyone have a good recipe for grilled Mahi Mahi?  I am craving it and want to try to grill some tonight but I have no clue where to even start.  We have only made fried fish before and never Mahi Mahi.

    Yum,  I love Mahi-Mahi!  I put mine in foil packets with butter, garlic, and fresh veggies like carrots, broccoli, anything really.  It only takes about 15 minutes on a meduim grill.  If you have a 'shelf rack' on your grill, place the packets here.  If not, put them on some kind of a baking sheet so the fish does not burn on the bottom.  Enjoy!

    I marinate it in balsamic vinagrette (balsamic vinager + a little olive oil + fresh or dried herbs) for 10-15 minutes, then grill on a sheet of foil. Then I make a topping by saut?eing chopped tomatoes and zucchini in minced garlic and adding fresh basil at the end. Yum! I love mahi-mahi.
