DD is starting daycare Wednesday and they are really big on healthy
foods. I was thinking banana muffins, zucchini bread ect. for breakfast
or snacks. Where can I find recipes that don't call for 2 sticks of
butter and are "healthy?"
the looney spoons/crazy plates cook books have lots of good ideas. the sisters who wrote them have their own show on food network now. I bet you can find lots of stuff here. I second eatingwell.com too though. I don't think young kids need "light" foods, they need well rounded balanced foods.
Re: Need healthy recipes please
check cookinglight.com
they have a healthy version of nearly anything!
goodluck
I use eatingwell alot. It lets you pick out recipes by health concerns and special diets as well.

I agree with 1976. If you look online, you should be able to find substitutes that are healthier and don't taste much different.
Good call on the zuchinni bread- I loved that stuff when I was a kid!
