I don't get the hate on Kate

But, no, really, I've watched the show and she's a little loopy but I can guarantee you that I'd be BSC if I had that many kids to deal with daily.

As for her haircut...I'm not a fan, but when you don't have time to flat iron all of your hair and don't want to rock a ponytail, it's not a bad option.

I actually like Kate's hair (didn't at first) and think I"ll give it a try once I get skinny again.  My neighbor sort of has a cut like hers, it's something in between Victoria Beckham and Kate and it looks really good.

Although I don't think the way she talks to Jon on the show is healthy, I didn't see where the hate was either.  But now, she is everywhere pumping her book and the show.  I can't help but wonder what reasonable person would do that before taking some time to step out of the limelight and work on the marriage and keeping the kids from it all.

I think there's more to it than we are hearing for sure, but something about her willingness to give interviews, alone, screams desperate for attention and a lack of concern for her family.

That said, I'll be watching Season 5 on Monday!

Can't stand the hair, and do understand the attitude at times (I have one with just one kid), but the biggest thing to me is that I have a hard time seeing how her children are her priority which does bring on the hate. I can understand how and why they started the show and that it just snowballed into something huge, but the amount of time spent traveling and the misery that those kids seem to be in when they parade them around just seems wrong to me.  I really think they are going to hate their parents when they are older which is so sad.

It was OKish when they were just them. But then the free trips started. OK, fine. The kids are having experiences that they could not ordinarily afford.

Then it extended to free tummy tucks and hair replacement? Um, no. And now all of the product placement shots in every episode. Yuck.

She's pimped her family out for a lifestyle that she won't be able to maintain when the show is gone. Which will hopefully be soon.

I think they (and honestly, the Duggars too) are exploiting their children for fame. And for that, I don't like either Jon OR Kate. I won't watch the show so I can't really comment on her attitude, but I know if I had 8 kids I'd be a raving lunatic, so...

As for her hair, I had a similar hair style last summer and into the winter. It just wasn't as "heavy" in the front part, though. I just think her fugly highlights kill any chance of her style looking good. Just looks outdated.

HAHA Not when I styled it, but when I came home it was pretty crazy looking. I could do a almost-kate style with my hair as it is right now, but just don't like the spikes in the back. I may as well just not style it at all if I'm gonna make it look like I just rolled out of bed hahah.
