I'm so tired of watching group numbers that have to be choreographed to accommodate the blind guy. So many iffy singers this season. I hate to say it, but Idol may finally be starting to hit the bottom of the barrel.
I should add that I'm absolutely not "knocking" the blind guy (and I'm really feeling bad that I can't remember his name.) I'm sure he feels just as awkward trying to do dance numbers. I'm guessing that's why he was always so much better when he was behind the piano.
I like the show, but I HATE the group songs. My friend wanted to go see the tour, but I told her I won't be able to sit through the group songs. I want to hear them solo. Except for Megan--blech.
I'm sorry if my post offended anyone. As a special ed teacher I am in no way "annoyed" by accommodations for someone with special needs. I will admit that I was distracted by the choreography every time he was in it only because he looked so uncomfortable.
Re: The Idol tour is going to be a train wreck.
What part of this are you shocked by? The good ones made it to the end but there were quite a few in the top 13 that will not have a future in music.
