Right now we are fighting some major sleep regression issues. BUT here is our current scedual
Bedtime: between 7-7:30
Rise and Shine: between 6:30 and 7:30
Up at night: 3 or 4 sometimes less
Naps: 3 a day, each for 30minutes to 2 hours. If all three naps are 30 minute ones then he will take a fourth nap.
Goes to bed on average at 7:30. ?sometimes 7:00, sometimes 8:00. ?C wakes up usually at 6:30 am. ?No more waking during the night (thankfully!).
C takes 2-3 naps a day depending on how long they are. ?They usually last 1.5-2 hours each.?

Up at night: Most of the time, not at all. But sometimes just once.
Naps: Usually 3, 30 min naps. She's a TERRIBLE napper!

He will nap in the morning two hours after getting up and then in the afternoon sometime. Morning nap is close to two hours, afternoon nap varies.
All of this will change bc we are starting daycare on Tuesday.

How many times a night (if any) does LO wake up? Usually none, but lately she has been up a couple times, but only for a minute or until I put the paci back in her mouth
How many naps a day does LO take, when are they, and how long do they last? Not sure, since I work and DH stays home with her.. but on the weekends she takes 2-3 naps: 10:30am(45 mins-1 hour), 2:30 or 3pm(1 - 1.5 hours), then 7(30-45 mins)
to bed at 7. wakes up between 5-7.

DD goes to bed at 8:30
If I have to work I get her up at 6:30. If I'm off she sleeps until 7 or 8, yesterday was 9:30! Woot!
This last week has been zero ::knocks on every piece of wood I can find::. Before that, once at 5:30 am then right back to bed after eating.
DD still takes a nap after being awake 2 or 3 hours. The girl loves to sleep. Takes at least 1 one hour nap, usually 2, and her afternoon nap is between 2 and 4 hours long.
