They are those things they sell at kids shows and in disney.  You press the button and the top spins and usually lights up?  They will usually have things sticking out of the top that lights up and spins

No, really, I have no idea.  But, we have one that was gifted to us that's mickey as a pumpkin from Halloween at Disney.  Yeah - and I thought the giver was my friend.

I don't know, but Kaitlyn and Allison both got Sleeping Beauty ones, the dress spins around.  They were from Disney.
