gah! brassy. help!

Crappity crap. I left my blonding on for longer than it said and it is still this weird brassy color in places...any tips? or should I call the number on the box?

    You can try counter acting it with an ash blonde but I'd call the number on the box to make sure.

    you said you had highlights before, right?  So those pieces are probably lighter, and the rest that was natural and colored will take longer to lighten.  You'll probably have to bleach those pieces again.  Color will take away brassiness, but it won't be that platinum you're going for, it will be darker.
