Do you have any weight loss/exercise goals that you want to reach? Also, what are you doing to reach those goals?
Personally, I want to run a 5K on the 4th of July and hopefully shed at least 20lbs by the end of the summer. I'm doing Weight Watchers and I've begun walking and jogging. I also think I'll get back into the 30 day shred.

I was just thinking about this. I've hit a major plateau. I eat well, and I would love to work out, but I just simply don't have the time and energy by the end of the day.
I need to kick my ass into gear.
I too am doing a 5K in August, and want to be back in shape by my 30th birthday!
I am not sure how much weight I want to loose since I have not been on the scale since the week after DD was born. I have my 6wk follow up Friday so I will know soon enough. I plan to start using my eliptical again and I would like to start running again. In my future I would like to do a half marathon. My cousin is getting married in Aug and I want to look good for that. I just want to be in the shape I was before I got married, but that was two kids ago.

I want to lose the rest of my baby weight so that I can get back into all my summer shorts, be ready for the Dirty Duo (a 6 mile bike/run with mud obstacles at the end of June), P90X it and be able to do pullups and get the old look of my core back...my poor belly just looks unhappy.
I may be able to start this sooner than 6 weeks PP if the nurse and my dr. give me permission. I'm waiting on a nurse to call me back.....
